Dynamic Memory Allocation in non-linux platforms #4

Zephyr doesn't fully support dynamic mem alloc, QMSI doesn't support it at all. Need to come up with a way to have space allocated in each platform.

Dynamic memory allocation support available on Zephyr using newlib C. Need to find out about QMSI.
