Compare the current yolov5+efficientnet profile with the example yolov8+efficientnet

[x] Determine if the old pipeline can be refactored to support the new model
[x] Create new profile for yolov8 + efficientnet
[x] Validate both profiles work
[x] Benchmark both profiles on CPU, iGPU, and Arc
