• [x] Privacy approval for model (we can use yolov8 which is open source and have the customer download it with our scripts, hence, we are not distributing it)

For demo purposes, we can use person-detection model from the openvino model zoo Or, yolov8 and filter only for person class. (Investigating right now how to apply filtering to classes)

gvatrack can be applied to both models.
