  1. Ensure the CommonSubscribe parse and build is used.
  2. Add peter changes - Subscribe: Write the ptp4l event into client's struct

We are having these data exchanges :

The data : Msgid, msgack, jcl_subscription, ptp_event struct are sent by the proxy and received correctly by the Client.
