The platform independent header allowing to compile any C/C++ code containing ARM NEON intrinsic functions for x86 target systems using SIMD up to AVX2 intrinsic functions
The license here is almost-but-not-quite BSD-3-Clause, but somehow the binary redistribution clause (2) was removed. This is problematic as the modified license is not strictly OSI compliant. Was this on purpose? There is a BSD-1-Clause but that also is not what is here.
