Add short info for those who have no clue what micro code is. Thanks projach for the URL you posted in the issue!

Well, hopefully the reviewer does not know better. Because microcode updates were, to date, supposed to address:

Stability issues (voltage/thermal-related, typically)
Incorrect processor behavior (which could cause unpredictable program behavior, hangs, crashes, reboots, memory corruption, incorrect calculations, etc)
Security issues
very rarely, additional functionality

Has Intel's last decade's policy of issuing public microcode updates to address a lot more than just security fixes changed? If it has not, please do not merge this README as-is.

@hmh : You are right, microcode is not only solving information disclosure. I added your points what microcode is doing in general. In the provided link in the issue only such microcode fixes are mentioned but I'm sure that some crashes/hangs/reboots have been solved by microcode in the past.
