Server with Intel Xeon Gold 6230 fails to boot after upgrading to intel-microcode version 3.20220809.0ubuntu0.22.04.1 #65

Boot process get stuck at booting SMP configuration. Can be solved by downgrading intel-microcode to version 3.20210608.2ubuntu1 or passing the kernel parameter dis_ucode_ldr
