Prepare for 1.2.11 release #36

  1. update CLX, SKX, BDX metrics and events to latest perfmon
  2. improve cid mode (auto-selects 5 containers with highest cpu util)
  3. optimize postprocessing speed
  4. changed output interval to 5 seconds and multiplexing to 125ms (eliminates perf overhead)
