The quick start assumes that https://github.com/intel/SGX-TDX-DCAP-QuoteVerificationLibrary.git is cloned in "../QVL" when running ./build.sh - this is prerequisite is not mentioned

Thanks for bringing it up. We'll update documentation with next release. By the way, you can configure path to QVL by running ./build.sh <custom path>. "../QVL" is just default. Of course, all that still will be described in README.
