What are the advantages of your work compared to Faiss?

Thank you for the question! Our library offers higher performance in many settings. In our benchmarks, we have higher throughput and lower latency than FAISS. We also have more performance enhancements coming very soon.

We have done our best to cover as many relevant settings as possible while offering great performance. We are always looking for new use cases, interesting operating points, and ways to improve! If you are running into such a scenario, reach out, we will be happy to help.
