xengt Windows driver link not available. #3

Hi, I'm following the xengt guide and find out that the following links provided by the guide is not working.

Looks like the GPU driver later on 15.33.3621 support xengt by default. I just installed Windows image from website and it has xengt enabled GPU driver inside it.
