Warnings on xl create #13

On 'xl create' following warnings appear if my .hvm file is set corresponding to the manual: WARNING: specifying "tsc_mode" as an integer is deprecated. Please use the named parameter variant. e.g. tsc_mode="default" WARNING: ignoring "kernel" directive for HVM guest. Use "firmware_override" instead if you really want a non-default firmware

Should I set it to firmware_override = 'hvmloader' tsc_mode=default ? If yes, I think the manual should be updated accordingly.

Tough this is not XenGT specific, but if Xen goes this way, of course we should follow that. I will have someone check the manual, thanks for your advice.
