Assembly Reference Errors While Running the .sln file in Windows 10 PC #71

I just pulled the source code from github using this link: https://github.com/intel/acat/releases . But in the Visual Studio i get these many errors (IMG ATTACHED) regarding referencing other projects/classes in the same solution. Since all of the folders are already present in the current directory, why is even this error showing up? Any help will be highly appreciated. Screenshot ACAT 1

I am using Visual Studio 2019 with Windows 10 Home 1809.
