Added first version of Python binding (release v1.6)

• Added Python binding for all datatypes and classes, and a script to re-generate the binding if necessary.
• Updated release version to v1.6

Known limitations:

• Validity checks are currently not supported, and need to be removed by hand from the resulting C++-Python-binding code
• Enum classes in the C++-Python-binding code have to fixed manually
