Need to add clang, llvm and gcc-multilib to public CI build for the new Kind changes

@garyloug there might be updates needed for the internal ci also... The packages I added are essentially enabling the build of the xdp_pass and the xdp_redirect programs for the Kind support. I can't use the vanilla AF_XDP program from the kernel :(
