scikit-learn will be part of classical-ml container in ai-container repo. The dockerfile here will be deleted in next MZ release. @napetrov please create PR in following repo or we can adopt changes you mentioned in this PR to classical-ml container. whichever works for you. https://github.com/intel/ai-containers/blob/main/classical-ml/Dockerfile
