range [slider] -> site scrolls up and down while sliding #1

While using the range slider on an scrollable jqMobi panel, the site will scroll up and down while sliding the range slider (following my finger). To clarify: i can scroll the panel when i slide the range silder instead of just stop following my up and down finger movements, scrollock the panel and only move the slider. Using Android 4.1 and a simple jqMobi panel testpage with enoght elements that the page is scrollable. Looking in the jq.range.js i already found a "event.preventdefault()" in touchmove function but it seems to not work.

No changes required,works well with jq.mobi 1.2rc2.
