update code base to 1.15.11, please #21

Hello,

Can you update codebase to nginx 1.15.11? Current 1.14.2 version have bug with limit_req, limits not working.

Sorry, we cannot track each official nginx version. While, you can rebase the code follow the method listed in following link: https://github.com/intel/asynch_mode_nginx/issues/4
