Not perfect, but may want to merge this in the interest of keeping a joint/working version of run_experiments.py.

The changes to top-level Makefile should probably be integrated to ansible or later workflow steps. See https://github.com/intel/ccc-linux-guest-hardening/issues/23 and https://github.com/IntelLabs/kAFL/issues/75

Currently testing a full campaign run..

Couple minor fixes squashed in:

the new Makefile recipies now use "source env.sh" so work out-of-the-box (still want to migrate to ansible/snakemake/whatever)
fix copy-paste error in RESUME_SUSPEND harness, which wrongfully claimed to be DHCP harness..

Running campaign seems to work fine, will merge after CI test..
