Documentation: add BKM on how to enable Trust AI Pipeline #137

In order to guide developers to transform plain workload to a trust workload, it's better to add a new document describing:

  1. How to run a normal workload in Trust VM environment;
  2. How to convert a normal workload to a trust one
  3. Steps of get key, download, decrypt...
  4. Sample codes of #3
  5. other useful information to developers.
