Wrapped lines that end up filling the screen cannot be viewed in full even when wrapped

If a line line is so long that it fills the entire screen even in its wrapped state, the remainder of the wrapped lines won't be viewable. Also it seems as though the warning about too long lines is shown even when wrapping is enabled--this is not intended behaviour.
