[BUG] Upstream repository for cri-o has moved #22

New versions of cri-o have moved to a different location. This causes installations using cri-o as CRI to fail.

The installer needs to be updated to use the new repository, in the same way that the Kubernetes repository was moved.

For now the installation issue has been worked around, but we're still not using the new upstream repository, since I could not find any stable release packages there, only pre-releases.
