Samples not installed #132

-DWITH_SAMPLES=ON does compile the samples, but they don't get installed anywhere. The expectation is that the build directory can/should be removed after installation.

Hmm, those are more code samples than library sample apps. The intention is more for them to serve as tutorials than to showcase library features. We are not sure if we want them to be installed.
