Shift avoidance #2

If any obstacle is detected between the vehicle and the taget, the vehicle moves 2 meters to the left before checking for obstacles again. If the path is safe, the vehicle continues to the target.

@rchiossi, I've force-pushed all the changes you've proposed except for the ones in the QuadCopterShiftAvoidance.cc/hh. I am taking a closer look into it.

Changes have been implemented in QuadCopterShiftAvoidance.cc/hh as well. I`m closing this PR and opening a new one with the new changes.
