A770 CLBLAST sGEMM test fail #728

Dear Intel experts, We have encountered a problem with A770 using CLBLAST sGEMM. The problem is that this sGEMM fails tests on this A770 card but not others. The details can be found here: https://github.com/CNugteren/CLBlast/issues/533 . I would be grateful if you could help us to have a look at it. I also reported the problem at: https://community.intel.com/t5/GPU-Compute-Software/Wrong-results-on-ARC-770-16GB-with-CLBLAST-SGEMM-test-cases/td-p/1581811 . However, there is no quick response from the experts like my previous requests.
