actually it is called at post stage https://github.com/intel/confidential-cloud-native-primitives/pull/212/files#diff-f0f7dd207a0ef15a032a5b8b73e47b564f613cc054bf446d7c7dab5c60bb4dd2R192, but not put into post stage.

I think we need re-design current framework later, put all plugin in pre-stage is not a good design.
