Improve RDT documentation

Improvements to RDT. Details to cover:

• [ ] better explain how class (both cache and mb) allocation is derived from the combination of partition and class config
• [ ] membw configuration (percentage and mbps)
• [ ] better explain cache allocations, including percentage vs. absolute (bitmask) allocations
• [ ] per-cache
• [ ] CDP
• [ ] per cache-ID configurations
• [ ] feature requirements (optional/mandatory) for cat, cdp and mba

• [ ] describe monitoring support / metrics

  documentation, better describing partitions, classes, configuration, exclusivity etc.
