seeking is buggy #3

Seeking on the dleyna-control player is buggy:

seeks are synchronous
seeking while playing is not supported
even when paused the seeks do not quite happen as expected

I decided not to do this pull request yet: the branch is independent of the component rename issue (#4), but I'd rather wait until I can do a pull request on a branch I actually test with... So once the rename is done I'll request this and issue #3 as well
