Updated with a more robust and universal udn conversion method.

I am closing this pull request. We have fixed this with the latest change adding nee API in the dleyna-core dleyna_core_prv_convert_udn_to_path this is makes it available to dleyna-server and dleyna-renderer so the path is now persistent.
