Brillo versions completely async with U-Boot #11

It looks like all Brillo branches based on some strange U-Boot base, i.e. v2015.10-rc4. Perhaps, guys, you have to fix your process and how you are versioning your stuff.

Doesn't make sense anymore since upstreamed version supports Edison out-of-the-box.
