What branch to submit pull requests to? #218

Hello, about a month ago, I submitted a pull request with a fix for two issues #77 and #212 to gvt-staging and haven't heard anything back on it. Is this the right branch to submit the pull requests to, or is there another branch they're supposed to go to, such as gvt-fixes or gvt-next.

Since I haven't heard back from anyone I rebased the pull request to gvt-fixes
