Thanks for your report. From the information provided by you, the BSOD may caused by USB driver. Could you upload the crash dump file from C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\060820-15062-01.dmp for further analysis? And could you check your system environment in BIOS and try to re-install HAXM manually? Thanks.
BTW, Hi @dregalia ,how did you upgrade your windows host to 2004? I noticed that my windows PC has not received the 2004 official release from Microsoft.
@wayne-ma I can't speak for @dregalia, but the latest ISO from Microsoft is on 2004: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO
@cornop thanks so much for providing the latest 2004 info. Yes, I just upgraded two of my windows hosts(Intel CPU: CoffeeLake i7-9700 and Sky lake i5-6300U) from 1904 to 2004 and tried many time with HAXM+ android emulator, so far I did not see the BSOD issue. Hi @dregalia ,which guest OS did you use? Android emulator? I see that you mentioned 'HAXM can't work on system without VT support'. Yes , that is the expectation as HAXM relied on Intel VT technology, you should enable the Intel VT in bios if you want to use HAXM.
@dregalia Were you able to resolve this issue? I have noticed an issue with HID USB device drivers as well.
Same issue here Dell Inspiron 7577 - i7-7700HQ
