VMX Off, Hyper V disabled, still cant Install HAXM #440

That's my Check Tool, but I cant install HAXM. It said The System Requirements are not satisfied.

It looks like your machine supports Intel VMX but it is disabled.

Please check your BIOS settings. Here is an example for ASUS, although it indicates it should be enabled by default, it could have gotten disabled by a user.
