move device-plugin-operator resources to values #45

Hi team! In our environment device-plugin-operator sometimes CLBOs due to OOMkill. Proposing to parametrise resources request/limits as such.

@agrevtsev thanks, are you using the latest version? #34 requested this too but we ended up just updating the values.

Hi @mythi ! Yes, we are using the last version, and for now also resorted to edit chart, but i suppose moving resource allocation to values would be more convenient and pretty solution.
