LLC References monitoring for pids. #217

PQOS_PERF_EVENT_LLC_REF is missing from the os_mon_event array in _/lib/osmonitoring.c (Line 56). This causes an error when trying to monitor LLC REFERENCES for pids. Adding it solves the problem.

Release version 4.4.0.
