G4 verification failure #322

With the new oneAPI 2024.1.0, some oneMKL routines are failing the G4 verification. https://github.com/JuliaGPU/oneAPI.jl/pull/404#issuecomment-2026874806

Is it a bug in the oneMKL kernel or something should be updated here?
