  1. what's the relation between intel-npu-acceleration-library and intel-pytorch-extension
  2. does intel have the plan to unify NPU, Arc GPU, and CPU in heterogeneous computation?

Maybe I am wrong, but I am testing Phi-3 on a laptop with Iris-Xe and I5-1245U, and it is slow, ok, but from task manager I can see that it is using the integrated GPU for calculations... so, I guess this library is already an integration of many AI optimizations for Intel products...
