Copy test test/Conversion/tritongpu_to_nvvm.mlir to test/Conversion/tritongpu_to.gen.mlir when applicable on XPU.

I have enabled Phase-I change in which all tests are enabled with required fixes. In Phase-II, plan is to add CHECKs which I think someone with more compiler knowledge can do the justice hence unassigning myself.
