@Maga78 - You can't go from a very old pre-production firmware to a recent production firmware release in one step. In addition, there was at least one mandatory firmware milestone as we added new features/fixes.
Q) What BIOS revision do you currently have installed? Run dmidecode -t bios
and look at the 'Version'
You can get the BIOS and PMem production firmware releases from Intel® Server Board S2600WF Family BIOS and Firmware Update Package for UEFI. I gave you the UEFI page because it's the easiest and fastest way you'll be able to update the firmware. There are OS bundles available if needed.
