Added info about Prometheus exporter based on libipmctl #191

I would like to add additional information about the existing metrics exporter for Prometheus monitoring system based on libipmctl to the README.md file, just to inform everyone interested in such functionalities that it is already done.

Looks good. I'll work on incorporating it in the official way, but there'll be a delay since our main person is out on sabbatical.

Is there any plan to merge this line?

Yes, the change is integrated internally. We pushed some updates to the development branch, but because the READMEs are different between the development branch and master, we didn't include the change. We're going to wait a little bit for validation to complete before updating master, which is right around the time Steven will get back from sabbatical (4 more weeks). I'll make sure it's in then.
