Is this library general available to the AMD CPUs? #109

@gbtucker, we want to deploy this isa-l crypto to our end-user PC to accelerate computation, some of our end-users use the AMD CPU, e.g. Ryzen 3/5/7/9 and other older AMD CPUs, is there any compatibility issues for the AMD CPUs?

None that I know of.
