sysfs: add only vmd devices to slots_list

Slots_list contained all of pci devices, but only vmd devices should be present. Add checking if attention and pciehp are available for each slot.

There will be one more commit added. This solution checks if attention exists and pciehp is available but is not enough for VMD. Work in progress.
