Does not build: Program './autogen.sh' not found or not executable #804

When I try building the latest release 2.21.0, I get an error while configuring:

meson setup . debian/obj-amd64 -Dbuildtype=release -Dprefix=/usr -Dlibdir=/usr/lib64

I could not reproduce the issue, the autogen.sh here https://github.com/intel/libva/blob/master/autogen.sh

I don't see autogen.sh anywhere in the release tarball at https://github.com/intel/libva/releases/download/2.21.0/libva-2.21.0.tar.bz2 though.

you just need to delete that line in meson.build. this is the first time I've seen meson running autogen.sh
