Due to the flags SDL required for Linux again, we need add these flags for SDL signoff called SDL325 - Compile With Defenses Enabled

Please carefully read https://www.gnu.org/software/automake/manual/html_node/Flag-Variables-Ordering.html documentation to understand how AM_, user, and per-target variables are handled in automake files.

@uartie Yeah, you are right, I forgot that AM_LDFLAGS will be compiled automatically with no per-target variable. I have changed it
