Bug GVT intel_gvt_init_host: 4.19.130-intel-lts-base #14

Hi Intel Kernel Team,

I try to boot 4.19/base kernel, but observe issue with i915 gvt.

I migrated to 5.10. I'm not testing this version anymore.
