Update patch location for unixbench and ebizzy to fix broken installation.

issue:

lkp-tests/pkg/unixbench/unixbench.patch: No such file or directory
lkp-tests/pkg/ebizzy/0001-ebizzy.patch: No such file or directory

This is fixed now.
