Make the grub timeout 0 seconds across all architectures #123

I thought this was already done but it appears not, so as suggested in the previous pull request comments, make the grub timeout 0 the default to all architectures.

@nareshgbhat Do you have any input in this patch? I am looking into merging it.

@ricardon please go ahead and merge the same. This is very much required for our CI loop job.
