ARL NPU support #121

Any plan to support on ARL NPU or just update openvino version

Support for ARL NPU will be coming soon. It will include an updated OpenVINO release, but that should be hidden in the installation, there won't be anything that you will need to do differently.

v2.99-R3 is now released. It should work for ARL, please let me know if you have any issues.
