Nothing works because it will not install gimpopenvino #41

I don't understand how to get this to install. Everything loads and all the requirements are met except for this which I don't know that it is a python file. It keeps telling me this is not available. So what do I do to get this to install?

nevermind. I had to isntall the model-requirements manually. Why didn't it install that on its own?
