It sounds like you are using the older release which uses zip files. Can you try the latest version, here: https://github.com/intel/openvino-plugins-ai-audacity/releases/tag/v3.5.1-R2.1
Make sure that you are using Audacity 3.5.1 64-bit.

I copied and pasted the contents of both the zip folders into my audacity folder, went to reopen audacity after turning the openvino effect on under preferences. Relaunched audacity, it gave me a popup, when I went back to modules under preferences it stated "failed" in the drop down box. what do I do? I need to get this to work.
